At Broken Symmetry, experimentation is part of the fun. Our beer is brewed on-site in Bethel, Connecticut, with a constantly changing tap list ranging from crisp lagers and hop-forward ales to traditional styles, seasonal releases and beers that are a little harder to categorize.

We brew what interests us, explore different ingredients and techniques, and keep giving our guests something new to discover.

Every Broken Symmetry beer starts in our brewery and ends just steps away in our taproom. Our small-batch approach gives us the freedom to experiment with styles, ingredients and techniques while keeping a diverse selection of beer pouring for both curious newcomers and serious craft beer drinkers.
